Okay, thanks. I guess it would be better to wait sometime. I don't want to ruin the immigration process for that. I still have to wait around six years or more for gettting a green card sponsored by my sister. (Started in 2006).- cavallinos

It has been about 4 months now but I would travel in 2 months from now. (August 23rd) so it would be 6 months after staying for 5 and a half months.- cavallinos

Okay, I'm not sure about the possibilities that the Department of Homeland Security or the USCIS allows to the use of B1/B2 Tourist visa. I have traveled 3 times to the United States to visit my american sisters. In 2004 I stayed 3 weeks. In 2006 I stayed 6 weeks and in 2009 I stayed 5 months...- cavallinos
