H1B to F1 and back to H1B
My 6 years on H1b in US are over. I have a approved I-140 and based on that I have a H1b extension for another ~2.5 years. From what I have heard - may not be accurate - Getting your visa stamping done any place other than your home country is sometimes risky. If the foreign embassy refuses to stamp the visa on your passport they may also revoke your existing US visa. In which case you may get stranded in Canada and...- bsoumya
