Would going the K3 route instead of K1 make anything easier or is it all basically the same? If need be I could go to Belgium this year and marry her.

Can she come here on a visitor visa, we start the K1 process and then at the end of her visit, she return to Belgium and let the K1 process finish and return when its approved? This is horrible, I appreciate everyones help here but at the moment the more I learn about all this I get more confused.
