get your FP I will suggest you do get your FP done, you can get it done before your date. just show up if they have time which they usually have they will do it. I live in Virginia Don\'t know about the check clearence as I never mailed the checks, I was surprised as all the receipts came to my address instead going to attorney. I was expecting 2 months but it came with in a month. I wish you good luck.- Lucky13
