EAD/AP renewal w/o job
I was on AP/AOS pending while on my last job. My 140 was approved and 485 was pending for over 6 months when I was laid off. That was about a year ago. Now my EAD is expiring (Aug) and I want to renew. Am I still eligible to file for an extension? If not what should I do? Please let me know. Thanks- s2010
