Hi Rajiv, My 140 was filed by current employer under EB3 category using labor substitution and approved on december'07. 485 was filed concurrently with 140 ( August 07).My priority date: Oct 2004. My employer has not given me a copy of labor and 140.I don't even have the receipt no of my 140...
