I got a RFE notice via e-mail on 06/16 (was initially concerned) and found out on 06/21 that it was a FP notice. The FP date on the letter was 07/14 but I went in early today and did the walk-in at the ASC. Hope this will somewhat move the process forward instead of waiting another 3 more weeks...

I hope this is OK. We checked with USCIS and they told us we are good to apply 90 days before our 3 years anniversary. Hope don't get in trouble for this.. Will let you know.
