    Filing for my husbank

    Hello all, I am in the process of filing to my husbank who lives overseas. So could some one help me which form to send first? Is the I-130 and I-864 filed together. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello, Wow! That was so quick. Help... I am a USC and would like to bring my wife from Africa. So Could you please help where to start? Do I need to send the I-130 first,or I-130 and I-864 together.
