PLEASE HELP...URGENT!!!! I94 expired, visa stamping expired and I797 is VALID!!!
Here is my situation. My I-94 expired in Sept 2009. I had applied for my H1 extension in September 2009, got a RFE in December, got a denial in Feb, 2010.(as my client didn't gave me the letter). So, re-applied with premium processing. Got my new I797 till Sept 2012, but the extension of stay...- need_to_know
