    ND-12/00;EB2-Still waiting ... I-140 CP and I-485-AOS

    Approved on Jan 7th I feel there isn\'t much we can do, only way is to push your attorney. I called IIO in Nov. was told they are waiting for I-140. Attorney spoke to IIO around Mid Dec. Approved as per AVM on Jan 7th waiting for letter. PD 11/98, RD 12/27/00, ND 01/04/01, AD 01/07/02

    Any RAPIDIGM approvals?

    Couple of friends Couple of my friends got approved, one was approved long ago (ND 12/26), other got approved recently (ND 11/28). Looks like, we have to wait some more time

    Same case NVC says packet sent to attorney in June\'00, While filing for 485, cover letter says would like to do processing in US. IIO says I-140 was requested from NVC. Never contacted Consulate. Attorney says they will write to NVC, Will it help ?? Don\'t know. Waiting...
