    Any Idea - how long to get Medical and Photos done ?

    My I-140 got approved couple of weeks back, travelled to Canadian Border to get my I-94 straight. Now My Lawyer is getting the documents ready but has asked me not to go for Medical and Photos? I dont know how long this process takes on average? I mean from I-140 Approval to filing I-485?
