Yes, that is what the USCIS guys on the phone said and also that is what the Approval Notice implies, 90 days to set up an interview. Set up only though, not immediately getting it. :confused:They are both outside of the country. I see the the current priority is 1999 and theirs is 2006. Thanks:D

I just found out they are not current as you said because of the PD. However I was told by USCIS they will notify them to set up an interview date within 90 days. I understood that for the interview it might take up to a year after they were approved meaning 1/26/11. Is that right? :confused...
