My wife is a dependent asylee and i am the principal. She will be eligible to apply for adjustment soon. I have a question regarding the medical exam. Does she need to redo the whole medical examination process as she did overseas or only submit pages 1,4,6 of I693 with vaccination requirements?

My wife just entered USA as an ASylee Relative (based on an approved i-730). At the port of entry a I-94 was given to her with the Asylum Stamp. Does she have to file for an EAD, or do they mail it to you after you enter? thx

Just entered the country a couple of weeks ago, and my RTD was stamped "Admitted as an Asylee...section 208 (b)( 3)..valid indef...". I am a principal asylee. Is 208 (b) (3) for derivatives of asylees? Anyone have any info? Also no dates were stamped neither in RTD nor in I-94. thx

My relative was issued a RTD based on asylum with one entry valid for one year. could this be a mistake ? i thought RTD's had M entries.
