Algorithm: I received an email from tsc about 2 weeks ago. Do you think because I missed the fp appointment for i131 I got denied? I thought i485 fp appointment covers both cases. I am waiting for the letter though to see the real reasons of the denial.

Call USCIS, and insist to speak with an Immigration Officer. They may tell you what is going on with your case. I emailed them and got a reply after 24 days.

Case pending since Jan 11. Called uscis spoke with level 2 officer, told me that i485 asylum need 1 year now. Emailed tsc , got an answer after 12 days. The answer was that my case needed an additional review and that i should have an answer within 6 months. Not really helpfull!

My wife is a dependent asylee and i am the principal. She will be eligible to apply for adjustment soon. I have a question regarding the medical exam. Does she need to redo the whole medical examination process as she did overseas or only submit pages 1,4,6 of I693 with vaccination requirements?

my lud just shows january 23. no lud after i got fp for me, although some people get a new lud after fp. no fee waiver. i used dallas lockbox.

My I-485 was received on January 20 (texas). I did my FP on March 8. There is only one LUD = January 23 ( which is a Sunday, Does USCIS work on Sundays too???) How long more you have to wait these days?

My wife's I-730 was approved 1 year ago. It took about 45 days from the date they received it until I received the approval notice. But she was overseas.

ok. But what did USCIS put on your RTD. Did they also write ASYLEE? If you open the first page of RTD , see what they wrote under Class. So if a RTD has ASYLEE Class, then it becomes unusable because now you are a permanent resident. Please someone correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
