F-1 to H-1 without OPT
Hi! I completed my MS degree in Dec 2009. I then enrolled and started in the PhD program at the same university on a new I-20. I now have a H-1b job offer based on my MS degree. I discovered that upon starting on a new degree, the OPT of the previous degree gets canceled. What options...- bobbey
