    does not really matter..time difference between my wife and me for FP was 3 months Wife\'s FP was done 12/24/2001 and everything is fine when I last spoke to IIO, mine is scheduled for 3/26/2002 - State PA - Philly

    spoke to IIO today RD: 10/16/2001 FP: ? Wife(dependent) FP: 12/27 Filed PA - Phila IIO said that Phila is very busy with other stuff so FP has slowed down. They do separate the dependents so thats the reason wife got first. But should be hearing in next 2 weeks. not sure if it is bs or...

    Question EAD/AP ?

    tried to check last few 100\'s message but could not get the answer. EAD/AP is valid for 1 year! What happens after the expiration date of EAD/AP and still GC is not received? Can one extend EAD/AP or does one need to go back on H1? Thanks

    Only wife received FP !! spoke to my lawyer and he said this is the new norm at VSC. if filed together the secondary person receives the FP earlier. The primary applicant\'s FP is held back till the approval for that RD/MD is in vicinity. Not sure if there is any truth to this one but hey...
