Can I get a L2 visa converted from an L1
L1 B to L2 convsersion Hi , Myself and my Wife are on L1B in US. My Visa and I-94 has expired in Dec , 2009. My L1B extension is in process. If i don't get L1B extension, can i change my status to L2 depending on my wife's L1 or do i have to go back to India as my I-94 has already expired...- cvangar
