Apply for concurrent H1 during L1
I have an L1 visa and have been working in the US for company A full-time for 5 years. Is it legal to get sponsored by another company (company B) for full-time work under a new H1 visa and continue to work for company A on a part-time basis? If so, would the previous 5 years count...- taiso
