Impact on Green Card Process while claiming Child's SSI benefit
Dear Sir I am working on H1B here and had EAD for me and my wife. My child born in Texas with disability and since then he is receiving medicaid and SSI cash benefit. Now my question is, receiving these benefits will it anyway impact in getting my Greencard, I applied my 485 and 140 in July...- chandu72
