H1-B got denied for 2011. Can I reappeal?
Hi, I got my H1-B filed in 2010 and received a RFE in Sep 2010. Then the final decision was a denial in Jan'2011. My consultant told me that he can reappeal the denial decision and chances of getting the visa is higher. I wasn't very sure and hence I didn't go forward with the idea. Last...- yaniash
