I was convicted and fined by the police in my home country. In general we dont need the DS-156 as my country is part of the Visa Waiver program
However, I need to do the DS-156 as I have this conviction. I have not done it yet, trying to figure out if Im eligible for a Visa or not before I do...
I have been fined for being with a prostitute (outside the US), would that make me ineligibility for a B-1/2 visa to the US?
more specifically:
* Does there 212(a)(2)(d)(ii) apply for hiring a prostitute for myself or is only for "pimps"?
This is the only crime I have comitted
