Update. Got my approval letter Sat 17th Oct, and in unmarked envelope with it was my 10 Year Green card! I applied for restrictions to be removed early August, didn't take too long!

I have not been a resident for 3 years yet, i believe that is the stipulation on that but not certain, and I still have to decide if I want to or not and financially its not viable right now, we are expecting our second child so ... well if you have kids you know how expensive they can be!

Yes, it was filed Jointly, we'll be married 4 years this coming January! 10% ... thats great odds and makes me even more hopeful, a 10 year GC will be a blessing, give me time to decide if I want to do citizenship or not Thanks so much SamanthaR
