My Layer called yesterday regarding the case and found out it was approved. You canwait for 7 to 10 days more before approching lawyer.I think your will also get approved by next weekend . Lawyers calling INS does not helps much but nothing harm in trying. All the Best

Not yet. I will post if any thing Happens. Usually guys got Disicion in 2 to the3 weeks of Approval of Amended I140. Was your I140 approved and when?

I think It takes 3 weeks once your I140 is cleared Three of my friends got their I485 approval in three to four weeks from when their ammended I140 was cleared

Yes I talked with IIo 2-3 times and every time they say my case is with an Officer.
