H1 to H4 COS approved then H1 extension approved
I got notified for lay off on 8/7/09 and the employer had given me three weeks time (leave of absence without pay) to search for a new job. Since the market is really slow, I applied for H4 on 8/7/09 (same day I had my last pay) and got approved on 8/31(and my last working day is 8/31). But the...- H1QUESTS
