you can not do that because you need h1 sponsor, your own company does not qualify that. But if you hold EAD and is hired by the guy who holds green card and your salary meets I-140 number. You will be ok. But now, I suggest you trying to find a job as quick as possible.

it is not necessary to hold you job for 6 months after approval I believe you have no any problem to change job or quit job. The old law requires 6 months otherwise your company can call INS to pull your case off. Now you are totally free.

Do not worry I called IIO on Nov. 29. She said they were processing Feb. 15 and my case(ND 3/12) will be approved in about 2 months. Now my case was approved on 12/18. I hope your case will be approved soon. Relax!

Just heard the AVM message: the case is approved on 12/18. PD 9/00, RD 3/2, ND 3/12, fp 8/3 I called 11/28 and a nice lady said they were processing 2/15 and my case could be approved in 2 months. I can not believe my case gets approval so quickly. Good luck to everyone and Merry Christmas.
