I want to do things the best way possible. Would there be a problem if he just applies for an Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card? And, would I have to pay the $290 plus $80?
He has never applied for a US passport. We live in 2 separate states. Would it be a good idea to make a special trip to my son's state...to be with him when he applies for the passport?
You are the coolest person. I was looking at the passport website and if I provide proof of my citizenship that will suffice. I will do a little more reading.
