Here are my details PD 11/99 RD 01/25/01 ND 02/05/01 AD 11/13/01 In the last week of Sept VRM changed from Not found to Case has been received. Today I checked the system and message changed to your case been approved on Nov 13th. This should raise the hopes of all Jan and Feb guys.

From the past one week I am unable to dial from my home or office phone to VSC . Each time I dial I get a busy signal, but when I use phone dialer from my computer it connects instantly. Any idea folks why this is happening?
