eligibility for DV Lottery visa
I am an indian citizen but I was born in Qatar. Am i still elligible to apply for DV Lottery. Is the requirement " Native of the elligible country" or Nationality? Gurus, Experts, Please let me know. Thanks mabcdn1- mabcdn1
