Hi, I have H1 validity till end Sep 2009, returned from US in May 09 after 2 yrs stay. Could you pls clarify foll questions on my reentry: 1) Can I enter US close to expiry date, say 40 days before expiry. 2) Can I file for extension from India or should I do it after entering US? 3) If...- Kumar76
