I think becuase this is first month as October'09 (7000) KCC might not know how many people will interview on time or some people change interview date so they need to time for reschedule that is why November(7200)so I think after end of October the cut NO. will be more accurate.

you should sent forms ASAP when you get it especially if your CN is low for my case NL Dated 5/28 I got 1NL 6/23 send back to KCC 6/24 6/25 deliverd by Fedex 7/14 KCC confirmed received and are currently processing usually after June thery a lot mail to sending to KCC if you case is low...

I just read another DV Lottery forum there is one who win DV2009 but CN is 308xx in Asia even last update CN is 30350 but she is very luck to get interview in 7/6 and Pass compare 2009 and 2010 CN I think 2010 CN might biggest than Dv2009

I was tried all (Confirm no.+ bith year+ last name) before 7/3 after than I jsut put Confirm no.+ bith year)and still can't find but 7/6 I tried put (Confirm no.+ bith year+ last name) check again I found my record therefore they might update datebase

I don't think is too many people cause an error the webiste has been supported less million people to apply DV GN every year I found some difference between US EST 12:00 the system check tablet has been modified so it maybe fix the problems or system still updating data cause an error

now the DV Entrant Status Check website is going error
