I think the fraud OP is referencing is in her first line: 'Married someone to come to the United States', as in the first marriage was for immigration purposes.

I have a friend who had the same situation, they interviewed him and approved him, and made sure his Oath happens after his eligibility date. Probably your friend should mention this in the interview, if the IO doesn't catch it. I remember there was a thread about this before...

Agree with CPZinga - it will be picked up tomorrow - don't worry. Also you could have sent it to the Lockbox - even with with Express service (only USPS), that would also be fine... Don't have to send it to the courier address when its USPS.

Thanks wiba2009 :) On the IL, it says not to be there earlier than 30mins before your appt. I arrived 40 mins (8.50am) before and they let us in, so I'm not sure how enforced this is... if you are not doing anything that day, you could try to go earlier... but it just depends how busy they...
