I'm finally gonna apply for my citizenship this year God's willing.
I've moved back to the state where I lived before and is aware of the 90 residency rule. My questions are...does it apply to me if I've previously lived in the new state a couple years before moving to another...

Glad to know I didn't rely on my instincts and had the good sense to ask. The replies made me go over my paperwork to make sure I didn't miss anything since I obviously missed where it told me where to send it.

Is the "resident since" date on the green card the same date as the date on the approval letter if someone was approved after the interview? Since there is a delay in production, does that delay the issue dates on cards for people that are waiting for them.
