for AOS (i guess) well, i never asked my attorney for CP. so my guess is AOS. BTW, my I140 got RFE and before that, my company got acquired, so i submitted my new company\'s documents, and got I140 approved for EB2. So i am really worried that INS will ask me for RFE during 485 stage. beef
