I think I should just give up hope now. It seems like people in Bangladesh started to receive their NLs a long time ago. I was really hoping this would be my year. Oh, well. :) Best of luck to the rest of you!

I was under the impression that people in Europe had already started getting their NLs. The situation in Asia is certainly more dire, in my opinion.
