b1/b2 to j2 within the US
Hi mlestep3 I am on doing residency on J1 visa , I recently got married and my wife has come with me on B1 visa, can I apply for changing her status to J2 without going back to my country. Where should I apply? Will she be able to get EAD after getting J2. Please help. Shivam- drshivamdubey
