No Title thanks guys. I think u can do it only on tuesdays, wednesdays or thursdays. I will be picking up the original notification from my lawyers office today and will probably go to the Immigration office some time next week for the stamping. Myladoor i didn\'t see the updated info...- Ying Yang

Finally my 485 was approved on 21st May 2001. here are the details: EB2 - RIR PD Nov 1998 RD 04 May 2000 ND 11 May 2000 AP 21 May 2001 No RFEs Never called the service center. I got the courtesy copy and my lawyer got the approval letter yesterday. Planning to do the passport...- Ying Yang

Lawyer change during 485-RFE process!! please help!!!
No Title I talked to Mr.Khanna about something else and I remember him saying that the 485 is our personal process. the company is responsible only upto I140. i have a company lawyer and he said that if i wish i can hire a lawyer in the middle of my 485.
