Absolutely agree with you I hope people stop these rumors. No IIO ever took time to look at my case --let alone discuss the processing policy of the center!!I NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY in any case-as they have told me that they are waiting for my visa number although mine is a 485 and not CP??

I am waiting RD7/00 ND8/00 These guys at INS are approving many 10/00 cases! they are really screwed up and dont tell us anything either. Each time I call-they tell me my case is pending and cannot tell anything more than that.

IS IT THE DATE OF I140 notice date or the date of green card approval? somebody told me that the day your i140 NIW is approved can be taken as the 1st day and you count for 5yrs from then. is this correct?
