Processing Timeline - I 140, TSC
my 140 was filed in july/aug 2008 i am yet to hear any thing. in aug/sept 2008 the employer received an RFE and my case status shows now the standard generic message that has a candid attitude of: Received response for RFE on Sept XX. We are working. Will let you know.- green_herring
