RE: H-1B, 1yr remaining, apply for labor in Jan 2010, want to change to F-1
I have a similar situation, kindly point me to the right place. I am presently on H1B (6th year ends on Aug 10 2010), considering an F-1 status (full time) around Aug 2010. Processing times - Labor and I-140
From recent experiences, could someone shed light on the "typical" or "approximate" time it takes for labor certification and for the I-140 approval?
