Can One do a Part Time job for one own\'s company while 485 is in process
No Title Hi, I don\'t know about part time job, but, I have done a lot of overtime work for my employer - same day job and same evening job - with different clients. Had an EAD while this happened. Hope this helps.- Deepak Aiyer

No Title Did you get stamping done for kids as well? I received courtesy copy of approval for me and my wife which mentioned the INS office to go for stamping, but, in my daughters\' approval notice it says that the card will come in 120 days, there is no information about stamping. I 485 - approved - at last!!! EB 2 RIR
Filed 750 in 10/98. Filed I 140 in 2/99 Filed I 485 in 3/00 Heard about the approval on the computerized phone system on 5/8/01. No RFE, called about a week ago and spoke to an IIO, she said that a decision would be made within 30 days. Though I have not posted anything on this site...- Deepak Aiyer
