I have my GC and just got fingerprinted for my US Citizenship. Once a citizen, can I sponsor my British Mother, Sister (and husband) to become LPR as well? Are there any rules regarding their financial status etc or is it a simple process?

I've just applied for US Citizenship, i have a GC, am married to an American. I live in Maryland but had to send my application to lewisville TX. Does my application get processed there or does it find its way back to Baltimore MD which is where my GC was processed. Does anyone know, and if so...
