can I go to previous employer on only I797 ?
Hello I have two I797, one from Employer A & second from B. Visa Stamping on passport & I94 was done for Employer B. Now I M in USA but Employer B can't provide Job so can I approach Employer A in USA on base of only I797 (H1b is valid & not revoke) or I have to do H1B transfer to Employer A...- qqqq1
