Make sure that u write your full name, case number and date of birth when u send an e-mail to KCC, they will reply with in a maximum of two working days. You can also call them, they will tell you. Don't take time to contact them. Best of luck

I just did the call and told me the same thing as they informed me by e-mail. It has been scheduled back home. I have decided to fly within two weeks. Thank you very much for the replies. By the way the e-mail wasn't an auto reply. They answered in 24 hours. Wish u all da best along ur way
