Dear friends, I am basically a Sri Lankan( indian origin) holding a Srilankan passport. I also recently got my Overseas Citizen of India card. My permanent residence is in India. For the letter for the J1 processing from the ministry of health where should I apply to( India or Sri lanka)...- anrapa
