H1B without pay
I have an H1B petition after COS from L2. My employer has not paid me since Oct1,2008 and is threatening to cancel my H1 B effective from Oct 1. To get back on L2 I am planning to go to india and come back.(I have L2 visa stamped) 1. Would being out of status on H1B result in issues...- monab
