Hi, I have a L1 Visa (expired already) but my I94 is till Aug 2009. Meanwhile i applied for H1 from another employer and got approved but the stamping is still pending (i have applied my h1 thru consular process and not COS) now my question is can I apply for my L1 extension without...- pckmantralaya
