H1 Re-Stamping required for H1 Transfer?
Hi, My current H1 stamping with employer 1 is valid till Oct 2010. I transferred my H1 and got approval notice with employer 2. I came to India. Is it required to get re-stamping in consulate in India? Or the old stamping with new approval notice is sufficient to enter into US? Do I...- saravsel
