I think you might be right. I remember about a year ago I was scheduled to take the CBP Exam at Federal Plaza and the notification said not to bring any weapons, including firearms..

Today I received Interview Letter scheduled for 8/3/09 at Garden City at 10AM
By the way the USCIS website is now showing Validation Error when I put in my receipt number....

That was my only offense, they did not take me to the precinct or fingerprint me... They just wrote of the ticket in the platform, while other people were watching me looking down on me, and I had to pay the fine, which I have proof from MTA that I paid...
