B-2 Tourist Visa Overstayed and Married to USC
Filed April 17th Appointment Today! We filed the I485, I30 Docs with Vaccinations and all records on April 17th (did it ourselfs--with help from this website) sent last month on June 13th. We had the interview today (July 13). Went easier than I thought considering my wife (married in Feb 2009)...- mw92841

B-2 Tourist Visa Overstayed and Married to USC
Me and my wife were married here in Florida about 3 months. She entered on a B-2 Tourist Visa. That expired about 2 months ago so she is Overstay. I am a USCitizen. Been documenting our relationship assuming that would be needed down the road..ie Life Ins some bills etc... We want to stay...- mw92841
