    No Title I don\'t think it matters. We have done the same thing and we have already had our FPs. The only thing is that due to your wife\'s F1 status, she will need an AP to leave the country, whereas you can still travel on your H1B

    VSC I-485 processing time as March, 1st NOT CHANGE, Still 10/15/99.

    No Title My PD is 11/99, RD 10/00, ND 11/00 and FP 02/01. Do you think your expectation holds for me too? Thanks

    How long before AOS

    My wife and I did our finger prints in Feb, 2001. How much time would it take for AOS? India,EB2,Applied for 485 in Nov 2000, received EAD in Jan. Thanks
